How the Program Works
Sell Nalgene® Bottles with Your School’s Logo on It
Sign up your school and receive 500 custom Nalgene® bottles printed with your school’s logo and sell them to students, parents and staff.
Proceeds Pay for a New Brita® Hydration Station®
After 90 days, pay for the Brita® Hydration Station® with the bottle sale proceeds. No money comes out of your funds!
Keep Remaining Proceeds for Other School Projects
Keep the remaining funds from the bottle sales to sponsor other needed school programs!
Fundraising Program Process
- Sign-up your school or program
Fill-out the order form below and, upon receipt, we will send you a Brita® Hydration Station® and 500 custom-branded reusable Nalgene™ bottles.
- Sell reusable bottles
Included in the program cost are 500 custom-branded 32-ounce Nalgene™ bottles at a discounted price. By selling the bottles to students, staff and parents for only $10 each the Brita® Hydration Station® cost will be covered.
- Pay for the unit
With zero up-front-costs, use the bottle sales proceeds to pay for the Brita® Hydration Station®. No money comes from your student funds!
- Keep the remainder
The program is structured to provide additional revenue opportunities. Use the remaining funds to sponsor other needed school improvements!
- Program costs $3,945 and includes one Brita® Hydration Station®, 500 custom-branded reusable Nalgene™ bottles, and fundraising marketing materials.
- Payment will be due 90-days after receipt of Brita® Hydration Station® and Nalgene™ bottles.
- Payment will be invoiced into two payments – $2,225 due to Nalgene™ and $1,720 due to your local Brita® Hydration Station® Authorized Dealer.
- Installation, filter replacements, and any other costs are not included

Fundraising Program is structured to provide potential additional revenue for Fundraising Group if bottles are sold at a $10 price point. Fundraising Group is responsible for submitting a minimum 300dpi logo in order to receive customized bottles. By signing the order form, Fundraising Group agrees to pay Nalgene® $2,225 for bottles and $1,720 to your local Authorized Dealer for Brita® Hydration Station® fulfillment. Fundraising Group agrees that all sales are final; cancellation of bottle order is not an option.
