To properly install the Brita^® Hydration Station™ there are three major requirements: Power, Water, Waste.

The Brita^® Hydration Station™ requires the following:

1. Power: 110 volt AC electric power (110 volt, 60Hz, and .1 amp
   draw when in use.)
2. Water: A municipal or constant pressure treated well water source
3. Waste: A plumbed-in drain hook-up (except model 2000SM)
